· How to get samples?

Samples are free of charge, only shipping costs are provided (you only need to pay the shipping costs of DHL, TNT, FEDEX and UPS, etc).
If you place an order directly, we can provide free samples without extra costs to check the quality.

· What are the delivery time for the samples and production time?

Existing samples: 3-5 days; Customized samples: 7-12 days;
Production time: usually 30-45days or according to customer's detailed requirements (count form the moment the deposit is received).

· Can the product be customized to my requirements?

We offer customization to meet specific needs. Please share your requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

· Can we do exclusive mold cooperation?

Our R&D team can handle exclusive molds, but the process takes time. We suggest starting with existing products first. If you're worried about market conflicts, we can offer exclusive mold protection and sign a contract based on mutual expectations.

· Do you offer discounts for large orders?

For bulk orders, we can offer discounts. Please consult our sales representative for details.

· What's your best price and what about the payment terms?

Our price is based on the quantity and configuration. Could you let me know your target quantity so I can offer you the best quote? We usually accept T/T with 30% deposit, and the balance before shipment. L/C is also acceptable.
